Sugar Free Snacks



1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 teaspoons Raw Cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 drop Vanilla Essence
Toasted Desiccated Coconut to coat
Roasted Almond slivers to top

Mix coconut oil & cacao in a small bowl with a metal spoon making sure you smooth out all the lumps. Add vanilla & cinnamon and mix well. Place a small ball on a teaspoon & dip in desiccated coconut to coat. Add almonds to garnish & place in freezer for 10 minutes. Enjoy!



Great little balls of tasty crunchiness. I like to mix some up in my nut snack box.

1 cup Chickpeas, soaked & cooked
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Garam Masala or Smoked Paprika

Place chickpeas on a tray, mix in slightly warm oil (so it is in liquid form) & spice. Roast in an 180 C oven for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before packing them away.

A filling and fast snack for when I am really craving something sweet!

2 Corn crackers
2 -4 Thin slices of cheese
2 sprigs Fresh basil or thyme
Salt & Pepper

Place thin slices of cheese on crackers and grill for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve with fresh herbs, salt & pepper.
