Yummy Healthy Porridge

1/2 – 1 cup Oats (not Quick Oats)
1 tablespoon Coconut Cream
1 tablespoon Organic Whole Milk Yoghurt
1/2 Cup Full Fat Milk
1 tablespoon Roasted Desiccated Coconut
1/2 teaspoon Organic Cinnamon
sprinkle of Roasted Almond slivers

 

METHOD:

  • Fill a pot with approx 1.5 cups of water & add Oats. Bring to the boil then turn to low heat. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Add Coconut Cream and cook a further minute or until it is done
  • Serve with yoghurt and other ingredients sprinkled on top. All levels can be arranged for personal taste! NB: If you are eating some healthy sugars, try with several raspberries on top as well.
