Below is a typical 2 day sample of my diet before I start the ‘I Quit Sugar’ program


BREAKFAST: Porridge with Frozen Rasberries, Brown Sugar & Milk, Plunger coffee with Milk

LUNCH: Pasta with Tomato Paste, Parmesan Cheese & Olive Oil

AFTERNOON SNACK: 2 x Crumpets with Butter & Honey, Black tea with Milk

DINNER: Organic Beef Steak with Frozen Peas cooked with Garlic & dressed with Olive Oil and Mashed Potatoes made without Butter (only Milk)

DESSERT: 2 X Multigrain Toast with Nutella, Black tea with Milk…Later…1/2 block Dark Chocolate


BREAKFAST: 2 x Weet-Bix Multi-Grain with Milk, Plunger coffee with Milk

LUNCH:kangaroo burger Kangaroo Burger (Kangaroo mince cooked with Onion & Tomato paste in Coconut Oil), 1/2 fresh Tomato, Lettuce, 2 slices tinned Beetroot topped with Japanese Mayonaise, Tomato Chutney on a white Bread Roll

AFTERNOON SNACK: 1/2 packed Tim Tams

DINNER: Home made Prawn pizza – corn pitta bread base, tomato paste, onion, garlic, fresh basil leaves, mushroom, capsicum, zucchini, prawns & generous Tasty cheese.

DESSERT: Maxabon ice cream, remaining Tim Tams, Black tea with Milk

NIGHT TIME TREAT: Remaining Nutella eaten straight from the jar!
