Pissed off – Day 4

angry-wet-cat

This cat personifies how I felt ALL DAY. I could just bite someone. Source: Before Grumpy Cat

Nothing to do but be pissed off. Can’t even write much. I am lucky my resolve is so strong at this stage. Seriously wondering how I can do this but so determined not to give up.

 SUCCESS WITH NO SUGAR: 1
 DIFFICULTY: 9
MOOD: Very moody, irritable, sad…realised that if i felt like this in the past I would eat a muffin or chocolate and I would feel instantly better. I can’t do that now so I am not sure what these feelings are going to do. They are stuck at the moment. Very annoying but I am just watching. Its so interesting, I can see the anxiety but I don’t know what to do with it.
♣ PHYSICAL: Minimal symptoms – slight headache in evening only.
KEY: (1 = absolutely no sugar/very easy, 10 = disaster territory/very hard)
