Good foods v Bad foods

Cleaning out the pantry


Take a look at these two pictures…they are both foods from my pantry, but one is foods containing sugar (that I am giving away so I am not tempted!) and the other is foods not containing sugar. Can you tell which is which?

To my untrained eyes, ingredients in both photos look pretty healthy…



In fact, the 2nd picture (with the Weet-Bix, maple syrup, honey, strawberries, beer and wine, tomato paste) are the bad foods. They need to go!

As I am new to this, if there is something you spot in the 1st picture that you know contains hidden sugar, please leave a comment!
