Breakfast with…no sugar?!?

EXPERIMENT: Breakfast with no sugar

In preparation for my 8 weeks of no sugar, I have begun today by experimenting with breakfast. My staple breakfast in winter is porridge with ample brown sugar & milk. I love it & remember eating it in childhood. Today I’m experimenting without sugar.

Cook Oats in a pan with some water. Add a teaspoon of Organic Coconut Cream as its cooking.
Serve with Organic whole milk yoghurt, full cream milk & Cinnamon.

It’s ok! It’s even yummy!!! Maybe I can get used to this?!
